We want to show here that it goes also differently, and it will be payable.
How do we build?
The outer hull consists 010 with thermal insulation on the inside 36 cm of the proven Liaplanstein Ultra thickly, consisting of the natural product clay/tone, with cement bound.
In addition a heat-insulating plaster with a Lambda value of 0,07 W/mK.
Installation of a terrestrial heat plant of the company Spartec DI 8 as direct evaporation with terrestrial collectors.
For the good room climate and an exhaust plant with heat exchanger provide.
That means it that the used up carries after air outside, and which is reused warmth of used up air.
In the roof naturally the rafters should be visible.
For this reason we selected PU isolation with stage crease 14 cm thickly, with a super u-value of 0,16W/mK.
The windows have a u-value of 1,1 W/m_K with 5 the chamber profile and ral assembly belt.
