• Since we are all only humans and not machines at all, we also can make small errors.
• We must correct these errors before the house delivery.
• In order to really find each leakage, we let each building examine voluntarily on air tightness by a certified engineer's office.
• With both especially technology (Vacuum and positive pressure) all errors are discovered and corrected by finding the leak.
• With our houses cold bridges to mould and calorific loss are not possible.
• Construction period 5 months max.
• You will get a construction period plan from us, in which we record a delivery date.
• Normally the construction period is between 80-120 working-days.
• Building moisture measurement during the individual sections.
• Some customers asked us why our houses are so dry. Completely simply, we always consider the technical drying times, and we do not insert the humidity, which will rise up later.
• Two - Situations of sealing against humidity under the base plate and at earth affected walls our houses always get a double waterproof seal under the base plate, which we lead outside on the building till packed up over the soil. For this reason our houses are always waterproof.
